1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in The Power of the Mind, Purpose, and Perseverance (“the Course”), you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to participate.

• If you enroll on behalf of another person, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Enrollment and Access

• Upon registration and payment, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the Course for personal learning.

• Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials without permission is prohibited.

• Access may be suspended or revoked if these Terms are violated.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Course fees must be paid in full at registration, unless a payment plan is offered.

• Refunds are subject to the Course’s stated refund policy, available at checkout or upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including text, video, audio, and graphics, are the property of The Garvey Classroom unless otherwise credited.

• You may not copy, resell, or distribute course content without written permission.

• You retain ownership of the work you submit. With your consent, anonymized excerpts may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

6. Student Conduct

You agree to:

• Engage respectfully in discussions and assignments.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

• Use course tools (Thinkific, BookFunnel, Mailchimp, etc.) solely for educational purposes.

We may remove participants who fail to uphold these standards.

7. Technology and Availability

• We aim for continuous access but cannot guarantee the Course will be free from interruptions.

• We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• The Course is provided “as is” for educational purposes.

• We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for enrollment.

9. Privacy

Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we manage your information.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
